Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery in an agile environment, focusing on defect resolution and credit decisioning processes within the Settlement Squad.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain alignment with business priorities and ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
- Manage dependencies within the squad and coordinate effectively across teams to maintain project momentum.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, articulating progress and ensuring transparency.
- Quickly adapt to an established framework, driving remaining project work to successful completion.
- Proven experience in IT delivery management, particularly in agile frameworks.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders, technical teams, and executives.
- Expertise in managing roadmaps, dependencies, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with both technical and business contexts, driving clear and impactful outcomes.

- Rate: $750/day inclusive of super
- Location: Sydney or Melbourne, 3 days in the office
