What You’ll Do:
- Take ownership of an advanced integration platform ensuring smooth, uninterrupted business operations.
- Design and implement integration solutions for complex business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—software engineering, QA, infrastructure, security—to deliver robust, automated processes.
- Mentor peers and champion best practices in integration design, development, and agile methodologies.
- Strong Linux expertise and proficiency in Java (Spring framework).
- Hands-on experience with enterprise integration platforms (e.g., RedHat Fuse), Apache Camel, and messaging systems like ActiveMQ or Kafka.
- Skilled in scripting (Bash, Python), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with financial services technology and tools such as GitLab, OpenShift, Datadog, and API development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
