Key Responsibilities
- Release Planning & Governance: Own release calendars, scope validation, and cut-over planning. Lead go/no-go meetings and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Packaging & Deployment: Manage software packaging, branch/merge strategies, and execute production deployments for core and front-end components.
- Environment Management: Maintain and refresh environments, perform installations, upgrades, and configuration tasks.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor system health, analyze logs, resolve incidents, and provide after-hours support for critical releases.
- Automation & Continuous Improvement: Drive automation using shell scripting and CI/CD tools; contribute to containerization and DevOps initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate release risks and outcomes effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- 3–5 years of experience in Release or Configuration Management (financial services preferred).
- Hands-on expertise with Avaloq ICE Workbench, Unix/Linux, Oracle/SQL, and GitLab (or similar SCM).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to automate tasks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural environments with occasional out-of-hours support
