Originally from Northern Ireland, Ross has spent the past four years building his expertise in IT recruitment. After graduating with a Business Management degree he quickly progressed from a Trainee Consultant to becoming a Senior Consultant, Ross brings a strong track record and a passion for connecting top tech talent with great opportunities.
Guided by the belief that “rough seas make strong sailors – and strong sailors help calm the seas for others,” Ross is all about resilience, support, and delivering a steady hand in fast-paced environments.
Outside of work, you’ll find him running around Sydney, lifting weights at the gym, or keeping up with his favourite sports.
