We’re looking for an Account Manager to join a leading training provider and play a key role in supporting referral partners, driving student engagement, and strengthening partnerships across the Western Suburbs.
About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the face of the organisation to a portfolio of approved referral partners. Your focus will be on nurturing these relationships through regular visits, ensuring visibility, providing outstanding service, and ultimately driving student referrals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of referral partners, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Conduct regular site visits to build visibility and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Partner with service consultants to ensure smooth processes and excellent support for students.
  • Monitor partner activity and identify opportunities to strengthen engagement and referral outcomes.
  • Provide insights and feedback to leadership on partner needs and market trends.
  • Represent the organisation professionally at meetings and events.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Previous experience in account management, sales support, vendor management, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach with a genuine interest in building partnerships.
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities effectively.
  • A full Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the Western Suburbs.
