Join a high-performing digital team delivering large-scale AEM solutions across web platforms. This is a hands-on technical leadership role - no people management - perfect for a senior engineer who wants to lead delivery and solve real engineering challenges.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading backend development for AEM projects (6.5+), including upgrades, migrations, and CI/CD workflows
- Building and optimising components, templates, and workflows across Sling, CRX, OSGi, and JCR
- Working closely with architects, designers, and cross-functional squads in an Agile environment
- Driving coding standards, performance, and DevOps practices
- Taking ownership of complex AEM implementations and integrations
What You’ll Need
- 8+ years’ software engineering experience, with 5+ years in Adobe AEM
- Strong Java, JCR, Sling, RESTful APIs, and cloud integration knowledge
- Experience configuring the full AEM stack — author to dispatcher/CDN
- Source control tools (Git/Stash), CI/CD, and Adobe Marketing Cloud familiarity
- Bonus: AngularJS, HTML/CSS, SEO, and responsive design experience
- Fully remote (Australia-wide)
- Long-term runway (initial 6-months with extensions expected)
