About the Role
We’re seeking a Business Analyst
to lead end-to-end analysis across a full rebuild of a key customer app, untouched for over six years. You'll be joining a growing Agile squad with front and back-end devs, and work closely with product, UX and stakeholders across the business.
The initial focus will be on delivery of core features, UX, servicing journeys and platform functionality — before transitioning into long-term support and iteration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, documentation, and delivery of new features and platform enhancements
- Facilitate workshops, define user stories, and support backlog prioritisation
- Translate customer problems into business requirements and testable solutions
- Work closely with developers, product, and UX to shape delivery outcomes
- Champion Agile best practices and continuous improvement across the team
Mandatory:
- Established experience in Agile BA roles, on digital or mobile applications / platforms
- Proven track record working across cross-functional squads (BA, UX, Dev, QA, Product)
- Strong capability in user story creation, journey mapping, wireframing and acceptance criteria
- Hands-on approach, highly detail-oriented and embedded in team delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working in Insurance
- Exposure to Agile ceremonies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Prior involvement in mobile app rebuilds or platform redesigns
