Recognised as a top workplace in the tech sector, they offer an inclusive and forward-thinking environment where collaboration and continuous learning are celebrated.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join a cross-functional agile team delivering innovative web-based products. You’ll act as the connector between business vision and technical execution — leading discovery, refining requirements, and supporting the full lifecycle of web project delivery.
This is a permanent role well-suited to a proactive BA who thrives in fast-paced, product-led teams, with prior experience working on customer-facing web platforms or digital applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to define and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clearly articulated user stories, use cases, and process maps.
  • Support the product owner in managing and prioritising the product backlog using Agile best practices.
  • Work closely with developers, designers and QA to ensure stories are well understood and acceptance criteria are met.
  • Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives and demos.
  • Assist in defining and validating test cases during QA and UAT cycles.
  • Champion agile and lean practices, driving a culture of experimentation and iteration.
What You’ll Bring
  • Established experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a digital product or platform environment .
  • Previous experience working on web-based products , customer portals, or eCommerce features.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to bridge gaps between business and technical teams.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and experience writing well-formed user stories.
  • High attention to detail, clear communication skills, and a structured approach to analysis and delivery.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence or similar Agile tools.
  • Bonus: Exposure to payments, fintech or scale-up businesses is a plus.
What’s on Offer
  • Flexible work arrangements and a hybrid environment that promotes collaboration. 4 days in CBD office, 1 day WFH.
  • Performance-based incentive schemes and generous employee perks.
  • Dedicated time for innovation and technical improvement through internal hack days and team-led experiments.
  • Career development support including self-led learning, mentoring, and leadership pathways.
  • A values-driven culture that supports inclusion, collaboration, and impact at scale.
