Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements for IDAM initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement role-based access controls (RBAC).
- Support role engineering and manage generic accounts effectively.
- Ensure compliance with security controls and best practices.
- Contribute to PAM (Privileged Access Management) and access management solutions (SSO/Entra, AD, ISAM).
- Utilize JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
- 5–10 years of experience as an IDAM Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of the Identity and Access Management domain (knowledge of 1IM tool preferred).
- Excellent understanding of RBAC and role engineering.
- Fair knowledge of PAM, security controls, and access management technologies.
- Proficient in JIRA and Confluence.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- 12 Month Contract
