About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you'll support the development and optimisation of digital health platforms, with a focus on the Patient Management System (VPS). Working closely with clinical, business, and product teams, you’ll play a key role in shaping digital solutions through detailed analysis, requirements gathering, and agile delivery support.
You'll be central to driving improvements across digital workflows, ensuring solutions are user-centred, compliant, and aligned to operational needs.
What to Expect
- Lead business analysis activities across patient management and digital health applications
- Engage with clinicians and stakeholders to document requirements and map future-state workflows
- Support agile delivery including sprint planning, UAT coordination, RAID tracking, and release readiness
- Translate complex clinical and operational needs into actionable stories and process improvements
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and external vendors
- Established experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare or enterprise tech environments
- Strong background in process mapping, agile delivery, and requirements gathering
- Experience with patient management systems (PMS) or EMRs preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and tools like Figma or Miro (bonus)
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, or Health Informatics
