About the Role
We’re seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join the Customer Data Platform (CDP) initiative , focused on enabling advanced customer segmentation and personalisation across digital channels.
You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Adobe specialists to translate complex business needs into technical requirements for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). The role will involve deep engagement with data, customer journeys, and integration points to ensure delivery aligns with business and customer outcomes.
This is a hands-on role suited to a BA who can operate with minimal direction, quickly understand complex data ecosystems, and bridge the gap between marketing, data, and technology teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Work across multiple customer journey use cases within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
  • Translate business and marketing requirements into detailed technical artefacts for delivery
  • Collaborate with Adobe specialists, Product Owners, and engineering teams to align business outcomes with technical feasibility
  • Analyse and validate data sources used for customer segmentation and personalisation
  • Ensure clear documentation of requirements, data mapping, and integration logic
  • Support solution validation and testing to ensure traceability to business outcomes
  • Contribute to the definition of future-state data and customer experience designs in collaboration with external partners
About You
  • Establsihed experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on data, customer experience, or digital platforms
  • Proven ability to articulate business needs into technical specifications for data and integration teams
  • Experience working with or around Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or other customer data platforms (CDPs)
  • Solid understanding of customer journey mapping and data-driven personalisation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — confident engaging across marketing, product, and technology functions
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple moving parts
  • Data or analytics background beneficial, but not essential
