ABOUT THE COMPANY
A flagship Australian brand with over 50m customers a year is seeking a Change Manager to support the delivery of a new data modernisation program. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver meaningful change in a complex, customer-focused environment, ensuring frontline teams are engaged, supported, and prepared for the future.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Change Manager will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and embedding change across large-scale initiatives within the team. You will be responsible for creating and executing structured change management strategies, ensuring communication, training, and stakeholder engagement are in place to minimise disruption and maximise adoption. This role is highly people-focused and will suit someone who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with competing priorities.

DUTIES

  • Develop and deliver end-to-end change management strategies, including impact assessments, communication, and engagement plans.
  • Partner with senior leaders, frontline managers, and project teams to ensure alignment and readiness for change.
  • Support capability uplift through targeted training, coaching, and knowledge transfer.
  • Monitor adoption and embedment of change initiatives, identifying risks and managing resistance.
  • Bring structure and clarity to periods of transition, helping frontline and leadership teams navigate ambiguity.
  • Ensure consistent and transparent communication across all levels of the business.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Proven experience as a Change Manager in large, complex environments.
  • Strong track record of delivering people-focused change across operational teams, ideally in data modernisation settings.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Experience designing and executing structured change strategies and plans.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with multiple competing priorities.
  • Change management certification (e.g. Prosci, CMI) is highly regarded but not essential.
