Supporting the Compliance Lead, your role will focus on improving the compliance framework, uplifting risk controls, and embedding governance across the business. You'll partner with a wide variety of teams across the organisation to ensure obligations are met and robust processes are implemented.
Key Responsibilities

Review and enhance compliance policies, procedures, and obligations registers.

Collaborate with business units to identify and close compliance gaps through effective controls, training, and documentation.

Support the development and roll-out of a compliance control testing program.

Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on regulatory matters, providing practical and commercially aware guidance.

Ensure clear ownership and accountability across all compliance obligations and associated controls.

Extensive experience in a compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk role within financial services or insurance.

Strong working knowledge of the Australian regulatory landscape

Demonstrated experience in uplifting or designing compliance frameworks and control testing programs.

Excellent stakeholder management skills
