About the Role
We’re partnering with a national health brand on a Loyalty Content Specialist opportunity focused on driving adoption and retention of a new app-based membership experience.
This role blends UX writing, app content, long-form storytelling and campaign execution - all through a mobile-first lens. It’s ideal for someone who loves writing and optimising content but can also manage stakeholders and project timelines with polish.
You'll work across content types (in-app, push, articles) to ensure clarity, engagement, and measurability, all contributing to a broader goal of healthier lifestyle adoption.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Crafting content experiences for a new loyalty stream within a health-focused mobile app
- Creating and optimising copy across UX journeys, microcopy, onboarding flows, and content hubs
- Partnering across product, content, analytics and legal to ensure smooth delivery and compliance
- Supporting traffic and retention goals by launching campaign content that resonates
- Reporting on content performance and identifying areas to optimise through A/B testing and insights
- ~5 years’ experience in digital content, ideally with mobile/app-first thinking
- Strong UX writing and content strategy background - you can write copy that performs
- Confident managing timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional projects
- Familiar with SEO, AI and CRO content optimisation
- Bonus points for loyalty or regulated industry experience
