About the Role
We’re hiring a Lifecycle & Marketing Automation Manager for a 12-month maternity cover, with strong potential to go permanent.
You’ll take the lead on CRM strategy and Braze implementation—building customer journeys, lifecycle automations, and data-led retention programs from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
- Roll out Braze and lead MVP customer journeys
- Build data-led automations across email, SMS, and app
- Shape segmentation and personalisation strategies
- Partner across digital, tech, and data teams to deliver results
- Support acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives
- Hands-on Braze experience—non-negotiable
- Proven lifecycle journey design and automation execution
- Experience working with large datasets and CDPs (Tealium a bonus)
- Strong grasp of consent/privacy frameworks in AU
- $120k–$130k base + super
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 from home
