This is a perfect step up for someone with media planning or account management experience - especially if you’ve worked in retail media or digital advertising. You’ll work closely with the GM of eCommerce, external media partners, and internal teams to plan, coordinate, and optimise media campaigns for some of the world’s biggest pet brands.
It’s a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll manage campaign briefs, track performance, and help shape how this new channel delivers value to brand partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with external partners to build out media plans for brand campaigns
- Act as the day-to-day contact for brand partners and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate always-on and campaign activity across digital and in-store media
- Use insights and reporting to optimise campaign results and demonstrate value
- Support the growth of the affiliate network and help shape platform improvements
- Keep an eye on retail media trends and opportunities
- 3-4 years of experience in media planning, client success, or digital marketing
- Strong general B2C marketing experience needed both digital and offline
- Great with people - collaborative, proactive, and client focused
- Strong attention to detail, confident with campaign reporting and timelines
