About the Role
We’re working with a leading multi-brand eCommerce business to find a Digital Campaign Executive who thrives on structure, loves a promo calendar, and can turn chaos into clarity.
This is the glue role between marketing, category, design and eComm, responsible for briefing, coordinating and executing promotional campaigns that run across web, app and omni-channel touchpoints.
It’s a role with lots of ownership, visibility, and clear pathways to grow - the last person in this role just got promoted!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate 2–4 digital promotions per week across web & app
- Own the promo briefing process – from offer intake to asset delivery
- Analyse past promo performance to forecast and optimise new activity
- Collaborate with category teams, creative, CRM and eComm to align messaging
- Track promo revenue by SKU and channel – understand what’s working and why
- Run QA checks, support campaign reporting, and keep ClickUp (or similar) up to date
- ~1–2 years’ experience in a digital, campaign, or eComm support role
- Confident using Excel and general reporting
- Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and working cross-functionally
- Strong communicator, confident presenting to senior stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, organised and thrives in a fast-moving trade environment
- Bonus if you’ve worked in retail & eComm
