We’re partnering with a leading insurer with a bold mission to expand their digital footprint into global markets. With a strong Australian presence and a growing international program, they’re now investing in a dedicated content leader to drive visibility, education and conversion in a highly competitive space.

About the Role
This newly created role will lead content delivery across a major digital transformation project - building a new microsite aimed at uplifting key international product lines.

You’ll be the key contact for digital content within a cross-functional squad, translating strategy into action and ensuring weekly deliverables are on track. From writing conversion-focused landing pages to coordinating SEO-optimised, AI-aware, accessible content - this role blends strategy, UX and delivery.
You’ll also work closely with the brand team to ensure tone of voice, accessibility, and inclusivity are embedded at every touchpoint.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Translate strategic briefs into content plans, timelines and deliverables
  • Create high-impact digital content: UX copy, landing pages, SEO-optimised articles, FAQs and more
  • Conduct research into international topics (e.g. visas, insurance categories) to inform content creation
  • Own weekly content output targets (e.g. 2 live pages/week), ensuring timelines are met
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and internal stakeholders to deliver on-brand content
  • Track performance using analytics tools and report content impact
What We’re Looking For
  • 6+ years in digital content, content strategy, SEO or content production
  • Strong experience in UX writing, accessibility standards (WCAG), and mobile-first content
  • Confident with tools like Adobe Experience Manager, SEMrush, Adobe Analytics, JIRA
  • Strong project management, copywriting, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ideally has worked in regulated, complex environments (health, insurance, gov, etc.)
  • Curious, proactive, and excited to make a big impact on a major international launch
