About the Role

As Digital Marketing Analyst, you’ll work across all things performance, optimisation, and reporting. From deep-diving into media spend and lead conversions, to delivering executive-ready insights - you’ll be the person behind the numbers, helping the team get smarter, faster.

Reporting to the CMO, you’ll be working closely with product, marketing, sales, and the New Patient care team, building strong relationships and helping connect the dots across the funnel.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports across channels and lead activity
  • Analyse marketing funnel data to identify conversion drivers and drop-offs
  • Partner with key stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, not just dashboards
  • Support strategic projects with marketing and product teams
  • Use GA and other tools to track performance, optimise spend, and share what’s working
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing or marketing analytics
  • Strong understanding of media reporting, funnel analysis, and performance metrics
  • Confident with tools like GA, Power BI, or similar
  • Detail-oriented but commercially aware - you care about outcomes, not just numbers
  • Curious, collaborative, and excited to work in a values-led business
