About the Role – Digital Marketing Coordinator (Paid Search)
We're looking for a passionate and performance-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the Paid Search Lead in executing and optimising our global SEM strategy. If you’re analytical, creative, and confident working across performance marketing platforms, this role offers the chance to make a real impact on a fast-growing brand.
You’ll be involved in:
- Assisting with day-to-day optimisation across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
- Monitoring search terms weekly, managing negative keywords, and fine-tuning ad copy for maximum impact
- Supporting ongoing creative refreshes, including PMax visuals and YouTube strategies
- Conducting keyword research, competitive analysis, and staying on top of industry trends
- Regular reporting and data analysis to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Proven hands-on experience with Paid Search platforms (Google Ads a must)
- A sharp analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimisation skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools
- A passion for digital marketing, creativity, and staying ahead of trends
