About the Role
This is a perfect step-up if you have 1-2 years in agency (or in a fast-moving hospitality/ hotel/ franchise environment) and you’re ready to own your own projects.
You’ll be the glue between marketing, agencies, and internal teams, helping manage the website, brief campaigns, coordinate content and creative, and support the upcoming site relaunch.
It’s part project manager, part content wrangler, part agency whisperer, and 100% opportunity to learn, grow, and make your mark.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support a major website refresh
- Brief agencies on creative, copy, and campaign updates
- Manage and update content across web, email and in-house displays
- Liaise with internal teams across hotels, ops and marketing
- Own website testing, issue tracking and content QA
- Work on SEO updates, CRM campaigns and CMS content
- 1–2 years in a digital marketing, agency, or content support role
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Wordpress, Klaviyo, or similar CMS/CRM platforms
- Confident communicator who can manage multiple moving parts
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment - and ready to learn fast
- Bonus points for hospitality, hotel or franchise business experience
