Product Manager – Experimentation

My client is a leading insurance and tech platform making serious headway in digital innovation and technological advancement — outpacing many competitors in the category.
Due to new team growth, they’re on a mission to optimise customer experience and online funnels. As a result, they’re now hiring a Product Manager – Experimentation to lead their test-and-learn initiatives across digital products.
You’ll be responsible for designing and running experiments across high-volume funnels (landing page → form → quote), validating strategic bets, and bringing rigour to their CRO efforts. You'll work closely with marketing, data, product, and CX leaders to shape strategy and accelerate learning.
This role reports into the Head of Customer Experience and sits within a high-visibility, fast-paced product team that thrives on collaboration, commercial curiosity, and a strong experimentation culture.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a product manager role focused on experimentation, CRO, or growth
- Strong understanding of A/B testing tools (e.g. Optimizely, VWO, GA4) and statistical principles
- Experience working on landing page → quote-style funnels and conversion optimisation
- Commercial acumen — balancing data, customer insights, and business outcomes
- Curiosity for continuous learning and a strong test-and-learn mindset
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau, etc.
- Ability to manage test pipelines with pace and deliver actionable insights
- Experience testing in contact centre or human-assisted sales environments (a bonus)
- Familiarity with CRM, behavioural, or segmentation-led testing
- Sydney-based office, with 2 days in-office per week (brand new space!)
