This presents an exciting opportunity to help redefine how they engage with customers, deliver better health outcomes, and create seamless digital experiences.
As part of this transformation, they are seeking a passionate and driven Digital Product Manager to join the team and lead digital optimisation and experimentation initiatives across their online channels.
About the Role
This role will play a critical part in driving growth and enhancing the user experience through rigorous experimentation and data-led decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests aimed at improving conversion rates, optimising digital funnels, and validating new product ideas and business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to optimise online and web channels.
- Analyse test results using statistical methods to generate clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Partner with digital product, marketing, and data teams to prioritise and deliver growth experiments that support key business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve digital customer journeys, including landing pages, lead forms, and quote experiences.
- Contribute to the validation of new digital initiatives and strategies through experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Advocate for a test-and-learn mindset across the organisation, building experimentation capability with stakeholders.
- Proven experience with A/B testing and experimentation in digital environments.
- Background in optimising lead-generation funnels on website platforms (e.g. landing page → lead form → quote process).
- Strong knowledge of testing tools, platforms, and measurement frameworks (such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, Salesforce, Drupal, or similar).
- Solid understanding of statistics and quantitative analysis techniques relevant to experimentation.
- Commercially focused with an ability to link testing outcomes to tangible business impact and growth opportunities.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills — able to present complex findings in an accessible and actionable way
- Background in optimising lead-generation funnels (e.g. landing page → lead form → quote process).
