About the Role
As Ecommerce Trade Manager, you'll play a strategic and hands-on role in driving global online sales across multiple sites and apps. Reporting to the Ecommerce Director, this role combines ecommerce trading, performance optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the brand continues to lead in digital commerce.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded ecommerce professional with strong technical skills and creative flair, ready to lead trading performance, optimise customer journeys, and support wider digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day trading performance of multiple international ecommerce sites and accompanying regional apps
  • Execute trading strategies, promotional activities, and agile responses to trends to drive growth
  • Partner with internal teams (marketing, creative, tech, buying) and external vendors to align on campaign execution and SEO optimisation
  • Oversee the management and hygiene of website content, product updates, merchandising, and online search functionality
  • Collaborate on platform, app, and widget development to ensure optimal functionality, security, and usability
  • Deliver regular performance reports covering sales, traffic, conversion, bounce rates, and key KPIs
  • Support digital marketing and CRM teams to increase traffic and engagement while maintaining brand integrity
  • Inspire and lead a direct report (Content & Merchandise Specialist), with potential to grow the team
About You
  • 4+ years of ecommerce experience, with at least 1.5 years in a managerial role
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of trading and sales performance
  • Experience working in fast-paced B2C environments (fashion or beauty ideal)
  • Hands-on expertise with Shopify and familiarity with headless platforms (a bonus)
  • Proficient in analytics tools such as GA4, Power BI, and similar
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and performance analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
  • Thrives in a collaborative, dynamic, data-led environment
