We’re partnering with a well-established organisation, that has recently gone through a major CRM transformation and is now looking for a senior EDM / CRM Specialist to help mature and optimise the function.
This is a hands-on contract role suited to someone who understands lifecycle marketing, segmentation and automation, and can step into a relatively new platform environment with confidence.
The Role You’ll be working within the email team alongside an existing Email Specialist helping to:
- Refine and mature segmentation strategies
- Optimise and manage existing automations
- Analyse campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Bring structure and best practice to a newly implemented CRM setup
- Collaborate with the creative team (EDMs designed in Figma and built from there)
Tech Stack
- Microsoft Dynamics
- Customer Insights & Customer Journeys
- Adobe Campaign (newly implemented)
- Figma (for creative collaboration)
- Strong CRM and lifecycle marketing experience
- Confident with segmentation, customer journeys and automation builds
- Comfortable working in an environment where the platform is still maturing
- Data-driven mindset - able to analyse performance and suggest next steps
- Open to either B2B or B2C backgrounds
- 4-month initial contract (potential for extension)
- 2-3 days in office
- Office relocating to Martin Place
