You'll be supporting modern enterprise environments, focused on Microsoft 365 and core desktop technologies.
What you’ll do:
- Tier 2–3 support across desktop, mobile, and M365
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, M365, and access issues
- Assist with upgrades, deployments, and escalations
- Hybrid working (Brisbane-based)
- Strong experience in EUC/Desktop Support
- Solid M365, AD, and Windows knowledge
- Clear communicator, proactive and dependable
- Strong Powershell Experience
- Up to $450/day + GST (contract) or $90K + Super (perm)
