We are recruiting on behalf of a leading superannuation fund
seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fund Administrator
to join their fund operations team. This role involves a broad range of administrative responsibilities related to superannuation, member services, employer interactions, and insurance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process benefit payments, income streams, pensions, and member changes
- Manage fortnightly pension runs, member registrations, and contribution exceptions
- Handle investment switches, salary/service fraction adjustments, and member terminations
- Respond to queries via Employer Services and Clearinghouse inboxes
- Administer financial hardship and compassionate claims
- Monitor and respond to member/employer queries within SLA
- Work on exception reports, reconciliations, and system assurance checks
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and troubleshoot system issues
- Assist with insurance-related tasks and support the Contact Centre during peak periods
About You
Skills & Experience:
- 1–3 years’ experience in fund/superannuation/insurance administration
- Strong knowledge of superannuation
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Adaptability and confidentiality in communication
