The Opportunity

Reporting to the Executive team, you will lead, develop and expand a national team of phone‑based home lending brokers , driving performance, uplift and strategic growth across the function. This is a rare chance to take ownership of an already successful division and take it to the next level.
A blend of strategy and hands‑on leadership , the role is ideal for a commercial, outcomes‑focused leader who thrives in a fast‑moving, customer‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor and develop a national team of home lending brokers
  • Drive strategic initiatives to accelerate growth and market share
  • Optimise sales performance, productivity, lead flow and broker capability
  • Oversee end‑to‑end service delivery and customer experience excellence
  • Work closely with executives on product, process and commercial strategy
  • Champion a high‑performance culture that supports continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance, quality and regulatory obligations are met across all activity
What You Bring

We’re looking for a proven leader from a similar lending, broking or financial services environment who brings strong commercial acumen and a genuine passion for building teams and delivering exceptional results.
  • Experience leading sales or broker teams (ideally phone‑based or centralised)
  • Deep understanding of home lending, mortgage products and industry regulation
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive revenue and growth
  • Strategic capability with willingness to remain hands‑on where required
  • Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills
  • A leadership style that empowers, inspires and delivers outcomes
