About the Role
As Head of Performance Marketing , you’ll be responsible for building and leading the in-house growth function - from acquisition to retention, testing to measurement, and strategy to executional excellence.
This role owns a $5M+ media budget and will see you manage paid channels, CRM, lifecycle, website, CRO, while assembling and mentoring a high-performing team around you.
You’ll shape the future of growth marketing, transition performance in-house away from agency reliance, and define what "high performance" really means for this business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Set the end-to-end performance strategy across acquisition, retention, CRO & analytics
- Lead the in-housing of paid media from agency partners - building scalable processes & playbooks
- Manage a $5M+ budget across SEM, social, programmatic and emerging channels
- Build and lead a high-performing team: Performance Manager, CRM/Lifecycle, and Product
- Partner with brand, analytics, tech and product to deliver growth at scale
- Implement test-and-learn frameworks, attribution models, and reporting structures
- Drive commercial outcomes with clear KPIs around CAC, ROAS, LTV and revenue
- 8–12+ years’ experience in performance marketing with strong leadership capability
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar paid media budgets and hitting growth targets
- Proven track record building or scaling in-house performance teams
- Strong commercial acumen - forecasting, media efficiency, unit economics
- Confident cross-functional operator with a strategic mindset and collaborative style
- Familiar with modern growth stacks – CDPs, CRM, attribution tools, and media platforms
- $160k–$180k base + bonus
