We’re seeking a skilled and proactive IT & Application Support Analyst to provide technical support across our business. You’ll work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, maintain system performance, and contribute to ongoing improvements. Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/3 support for IT infrastructure and business applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows and Mac environments.
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Administer and maintain Citrix environments.
- Perform SQL queries and database support.
- Assist with Power BI reporting and dashboard development.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Proven experience in IT and application support within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, and Microsoft 365.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI.
- Familiarity with Citrix administration.
- Solid understanding of IT security principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
