6-Month Day Rate Contract | Sydney | $300–$320/day incl. super | Global Entertainment Company | View to Extend
We’re on the lookout for a proactive and well-rounded IT Network Operations & Infrastructure Specialist to join a globally recognised entertainment brand. Based in Sydney , this is a 6-month day-rate contract paying $300–$320/day inclusive of super , with a strong view to extension or potential permanent opportunities .
This is your chance to step into a fast-moving, creative environment where your technical expertise will support both local and global teams across infrastructure, end-user support, and security operations.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support across Windows and macOS environments, including hardware, software, and application queries.
• Maintain reliable infrastructure through network administration , system architecture , and disaster recovery planning in line with global standards.
• Monitor and manage server backups and daily backup processes.
• Remediate IT vulnerabilities in a timely and compliant manner.
• Investigate and resolve IT issues with a solutions-focused, proactive mindset.
• Implement and uphold corporate IT security policies and best practices.
• Support AV technology across meeting rooms and onsite events.

• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar IT support or infrastructure-focused role .
• Confident supporting both Windows and Mac environments.
• Solid technical skills in networking , backup management , and vulnerability remediation .
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a calm, user-focused approach.
• Experience in AV/meeting room tech support is a plus.

• Sydney-based with full Australian working rights:
  • Australian Citizen , Permanent Resident , or Graduate Visa holder with unrestricted work rights.
• Available to start within 2–3 weeks .
• Able to commit to the full contract term with potential to extend.
