I'm currently working with a growing digital solutions consultancy looking to bring on a Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support the delivery of software and technology projects.
You'll work closely with engineering teams, product stakeholders and clients, helping coordinate delivery across multiple projects and ensuring things run smoothly from planning through to release.
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating project delivery across software development teams
- Supporting Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros)
- Tracking project progress, risks and timelines
- Managing Jira boards and project documentation
- Communicating updates to internal teams and stakeholders
- 1-3 years experience in a Project Coordinator / Junior PM / Delivery role
- Exposure to software or digital projects
- Experience working with Agile environments and tools like Jira
- Strong organisation and communication skills
This is a Sydney based role with very flexible working arrangements where you can work mostly from home with the occasional in person team days.
