Lead PHP Developer, 3-Month Contract (Remote, Australia Only)
I'm on the lookout for a Lead PHP Developer to support a client on the tail end of delivery of a critical project.
This is a 3-month contract with a high-impact scope and full autonomy in technical decision-making.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting a small team of engineers through the final build phase
- Architecting and developing core backend systems using PHP (Laravel)
- Overseeing front-end integrations with JavaScript & TypeScript
- Driving clean code practices and ensuring on-time delivery
- Collaborating with product stakeholders and advising on tech direction
- Proven experience as a lead or senior PHP developer
- Strong skills in Laravel, PHP, JavaScript
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- Must be based in Australia (no exceptions)
