About the Role
We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager
to own the end-to-end customer journey, designing and executing personalised, high-performing lifecycle programs across email.
This is a 12-month maternity cover
role with strong potential to go permanent as the team expands. You'll drive strategy and execution, helping to turn a growing customer base into engaged, long-term subscribers through smart segmentation, behavioural triggers, and meaningful touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage lifecycle programs across the full customer journey
- Drive onboarding, engagement, cross-sell, reactivation, and retention initiatives
- Use Braze to deliver smart, automated journeys tailored to user behaviour and preferences
- Partner with content, data, digital, and product teams to align messaging and touchpoints
- Develop and manage personalised campaigns based on segmentation and key lifecycle stages
- Monitor performance and continuously optimise based on engagement, churn, and conversion metrics
- Strong experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention, ideally in a subscription or consumer product environment
- Proven ability to design, execute, and optimise end-to-end customer journeys
- Hands-on experience with Braze or similar marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of segmentation, behavioural triggers, and campaign personalisation
- Comfortable owning projects from strategy to delivery with clear commercial outcomes
- Collaborative and customer-obsessed, with a data-informed approach to decision making

- Hybrid working – 3 days onsite, 2 from home
