About the Role

This is a newly scoped role with clear ownership of patient lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, loyalty, and website content. You’ll be the go-to for all owned channel marketing, writing meaningful content, rolling out personalised campaigns, and working closely with Operations to bring these to life at clinic level.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a hands-on role perfect for a lifecycle marketer who knows enjoys crafting strong content, manage segmentation, and align messaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, and app
  • Manage and evolve the loyalty program across all medical centres
  • Write high-quality, informative marketing copy across all owned touchpoints 
  • Maintain and optimise 3 CMS-managed websites (Dato) including SEO and blog content
  • Partner with Ops teams across NSW, VIC, and QLD to ensure programs are implemented consistently
  • Visit clinics regularly to support brand integrity and rollout of patient engagement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
  • Strong content writing skills with the ability to tailor tone and message to health-related audiences
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and customer data tools
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working closely with Ops teams and clinic staff
  • Organised, proactive, and excited by both content and data
  • Must hold a valid driver’s licence and be open to clinic visits
