We're looking for an experienced Management Accountant to take ownership of the budgeting and forecasting function in a collaborative and supportive team. Reporting directly to the long-tenured CFO, you'll play a key role in providing financial insight, analysis, and guidance to drive strategic decision-making.
Location: Smithfield, NSW
Salary: $105K - $120K + Super FTE (DOE)
Part Time:4 days per week (Friday Off)
What you’ll be doing:

Full ownership of the budgeting and forecasting process

Preparation of monthly management reports , budget packs, and financial analysis
- P&L tracking and variance analysis across multiple sites

Support tendering and pricing for new business opportunities

Partner with key stakeholders to improve financial performance and planning

Contribute to year-end reporting processes aligned with European timelines (30 Sept YE)
About you:

Proven experience in a management accounting role with end-to-end responsibility

Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Excellent business partnering and communication skills – you’re confident working across teams

A genuine team player who enjoys mentoring, collaboration, and a supportive team culture

Ideally CPA qualified

Experience with ERP systems is advantageous
