- Maintain the superannuation risk and compliance framework,
- Oversee the risk register
- Proactively identifying new and emerging risks and implementing framework improvements
- Conducting risk assessments
- Manage the risk and compliance aspects of new and existing outsourced service providers
- Act as the regulatory liaison
- Ensure ongoing compliance obligations are met
- Prepare and presenting risk and compliance reporting to the Board and relevant committees
- Key skills and experience
- Previous experience in a risk and compliance role focused on superannuation
- Strong superannuation experience and knowledge of the associated legislation and compliance requirements
- Previous experience of building high level internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
- Possess strong analytical skills
