About the Role
This is a search-first performance position - perfect for a Google Ads specialist who wants full ownership, technical depth, and a seat at the strategy table.
As Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll own and optimise all things Google Ads, while driving continuous experimentation, conversion improvement and performance reporting. You'll still contribute to wider acquisition strategy, but Google will be your primary focus.
Perfect for someone deeply hands-on, analytical by nature, and confident being the technical expert in the room.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own, optimise and scale Google Ads across Search, PMax, and YouTube
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, product feed optimisation, audience segmentation and keyword structures
- Run experiments across ad copy, landing pages and conversion rate optimisation
- Partner with product, analytics, CRM and creative to improve full-funnel performance
- Lead attribution, reporting, and weekly performance insights directly to the CMO
- Input into emerging channels (Meta, Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- 5+ years in performance or acquisition marketing
- Deep technical expertise in Google Ads - in the tools daily, not just managing agencies
- Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, GTM, GA4 and conversion measurement
- Experience improving CPA, ROAS and LTV through experimentation
- Confident working autonomously and advising senior stakeholders
- Bonus: marketplace, B2C, or health/wellness industry experience
- High-impact role with full ownership of search and performance strategy
