recruitment marketing function, which focuses on attracting healthcare professionals whose expertise is essential to the organisation’s growth and impact.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, all-round marketing role responsible for executing a recruitment marketing plan that supports sales and business development.
You’ll work closely with the Chief Business Development Officer, Head of Sales, and Head of Marketing to deliver campaigns across digital, content, events, and brand channels - designed to generate leads, engage prospects, and deliver measurable results.
It’s a fast-moving, collaborative role where relationship building, agility, and measurable outcomes are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver B2B recruitment campaigns across email, LinkedIn (organic and paid), events, and partnerships
- Manage end-to-end event activity including third-party exhibitions, sponsorships, and internal recruitment events
- Create and optimise landing pages, content, and digital assets using CMS (Dato preferred)
- Partner with agencies to deliver targeted paid activity, including Google Ads and sponsored content
- Write and manage high-quality content for blogs, emails, and LinkedIn campaigns
- Work with the sales team to align marketing activity with lead generation goals
- Report on campaign performance, demonstrating ROI and value delivered
- 4+ years in marketing, ideally B2B, with strong campaign execution skills
- Experience with CRM and automation platforms (Salesforce/Pardot preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management - able to work closely with sales and operations teams
- Excellent content writing and communication skills
- Experience across events, digital marketing, and relationship-based campaigns
- Results-focused mindset with strong reporting skills
