About the Role
As Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead on all marketing activity for this new venue. From campaign strategy to social media, activations to digital content—you’ll shape how the brand shows up and engage guests across every touchpoint.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute the full marketing plan across digital and in-venue touchpoints
- Lead content creation, social media, email marketing, and community engagement
- Plan and promote local activations and headline events
- Manage agency, media, and PR relationships
- Use guest insights and data to optimise campaigns and drive visitation
- Track ROI and continuously improve campaign performance
- 2+ years in a marketing role, ideally in hospitality or a fast-paced consumer industry
- Strong skills in digital, social media, and content creation
- Detail-oriented with great project management and communication skills
- Collaborative, creative, and confident in working closely with venue teams
- A passion for hospitality, storytelling, and creating memorable experiences
- Lead the launch and marketing of one of Sydney’s most exciting new venues
