Join a highly regarded superannuation firm located in the heart of Melbourne CBD as a Member Services Consultant , to support the team through a busy period and make a meaningful impact.


The Role:
We’re looking for a confident and professional individual to join our team for a 6 month fixed term contract. You’ll play a key role in supporting the team during a period of high activity, responding to general member enquiries about their superannuation accounts.
 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handling inbound calls and emails from members, providing clear and accurate information about their superannuation accounts.
  • Assisting members with account updates, contributions, and benefit queries.
  • Ensuring all interactions deliver a positive experience, meeting service standards and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve member issues efficiently and effectively.


About You:

  • Prior experience in customer service, within superannuation
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
  • Knowledge of superannuation is an advantage, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
