Join this dynamic team as a Member Service Consultant for an award-winning Superannuation Fund. You'll play a crucial role in assisting their members via inbound contact support, delivering exceptional service and guidance
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide a first-class support service to existing members across an array of general inquiries.
- Inbound Queries: Answer inbound calls and written queries from current and potential members and employers, as well as authorized third parties, regarding the fund's superannuation products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the administration and superannuation team to support internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Knowledge: General knowledge of superannuation, customer service, and administration processes.
- Experience: Previous experience in the financial services or superannuation industry.
- Qualifications: RG 146 certification
- Communication: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Organisational Skills: Solid organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
