REGIONAL MANAGER
Bendigo and Ballarat

Are you a passionate leader ready to make a real difference in the education and training sector?

We’re looking for a Regional Manager to lead a team of dedicated trainers and administrators across two campuses, delivering high-quality education and exceptional outcomes for students and clients.
About the Role:
As a Regional Manager, you'll be responsible for the daily operations of several training campuses, ensuring excellence in teaching, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You'll inspire and guide your team, drive a positive workplace culture, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to achieve strategic and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a diverse team to deliver outstanding training programs and an exceptional student experience.
  • Recruit, induct, mentor, and support training staff to achieve their objectives.
  • Build and nurture a workplace culture founded on respect, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and delivery of a range of training courses across various industries.
  • Manage compliance with ASQA standards, funding contracts, and industry regulations.
  • Drive innovation in training delivery, including digital learning and employer-based programs.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, operational KPIs, and student retention and completion rates.
  • Build strong relationships with local industries, communities, and clients to foster growth opportunities.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Strong leadership experience, with the ability to adapt quickly—experience in a Registered Training Organisation or similar setting is advantageous but not essential.
  • A collaborative, people-first management style with a proven track record of team success.
  • Strong strategic thinking and a focus on delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business and community relationships.
  • A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • A full Australian driver’s licence.
Why Join Us?
This is a unique opportunity to lead a growing team within a dynamic training organisation that is committed to delivering real outcomes for students, employers, and communities. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of vocational education in the region, backed by a supportive and forward-thinking leadership
