We’re seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator to join a dynamic support team. This role focuses on database support and proactive system monitoring, ensuring high availability and performance for mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain Oracle databases (11g, 12c, 19c).
  • Configure and manage Data Guard for disaster recovery.
  • Perform backup and recovery using RMAN.
  • Optimize database performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Handle incidents via a structured ticketing system, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve technical challenges.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong Oracle DBA skills, including SQL/PLSQL.
  • Exposure to Linux/UNIX environments.
  • Experience with DataGuard Broker and performance tuning.
  • Ability to communicate technical issues clearly and professionally.
