About the Role
This is a newly created role reporting into the Head of Digital Marketing. You’ll be the day-to-day lead on all paid media campaigns, managing the agency across Meta, Google, programmatic, and more.
You’ll bring expertise across ad platforms, performance strategy, and reporting, and be the go-to for campaign planning, creative briefing, audience activation, and optimisation.
With lifecycle, social, and content covered by other senior team members, this role is all about paid performance and making the most of a strong internal data ecosystem and external agency support.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and programmatic platforms
- Act as the main point of contact for the agency - driving strategy, creative direction, performance insights, and testing
- Work across audience activation, segmentation, and journey targeting, leveraging first-party data via CDP integrations
- Oversee product feed management across Meta Commerce and Google Merchant
- Analyse performance via GA4, LookerStudio, and campaign dashboards to drive ongoing ROAS improvements
- Brief creatives for ads, ensure effective testing, and manage dynamic creative optimisation
- Collaborate with lifecycle and content leads to ensure full-funnel campaign cohesion
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience across paid media channels
- Deep knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, product feeds, and ad server tools (e.g. Flashtalking)
- Strong experience working with agencies, briefing creative, and reviewing campaign structure
- Skilled in analysing ROIO, attribution, and campaign diagnostics using GA4 and dashboards
- Comfortable integrating data via CDPs (Tealium, Braze) and working cross-functionally with data and digital teams
- Proactive, performance-focused mindset with great communication and stakeholder management
