The Role You’ll be the go-to Google Ads expert, owning paid search end-to-end.
- Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across multiple brands
- Own a ~$1M annual ad budget
- Build campaigns, write ad copy (including RSAs), optimise and report
- Drive bottom-of-funnel performance (leads, conversions, CPA)
- Build dashboards and deliver clear insights
- Work closely with brand, product, CRM and creative teams
- Test and expand into new channels (TikTok, Snapchat) over time
- Deep, hands-on Google Ads expertise
- Strong operator, comfortable in-platform daily
- Experience managing meaningful budgets
- Commercial mindset (ROAS, CPA, conversion optimisation)
- Agency or in-house experience both considered
- Meta Ads experience a bonus
- Real ownership and autonomy
- Strong, stable business (not early-stage chaos)
- Clear impact on revenue
