ABOUT THE ROLE
They are seeking a Program Manager to own milestone, budget, and risk management for large-scale programs. You’ll be the central orchestrator, aligning cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver compliant, sustainable, on-time, and on-budget outcomes that support the company's long-term strategy.
DUTIES
- Develop and maintain the master program schedule; define, track, and achieve milestones.
- Act as the central coordination point across multiple internal and and external stakeholders; proactively resolve dependencies and conflicts.
- Provide strategic program oversight to align execution with business objectives, market positioning, and executive expectations.
- Own the master project budget, including forecasting, expenditure control, and cost-mitigation strategies.
- Oversee delivery to quality standards, codes, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals; align with the company's needs.
- Lead risk & issue management: identification, monitoring, reporting, escalation, and mitigation.
- Drive project assurance: establish executive-level reporting and implement quality management plans.
- Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
- Expertise in integrated scheduling, dependency management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong financial acumen with end-to-end budget ownership, forecasting, and cost control.
- Robust risk, issue, and quality management capability with clear executive communication.
- Comfortable operating in a distributed environment and influencing senior stakeholders.
