ABOUT THE ROLE
We are exclusively partnered to find a Program Manager to drive a large-scale content design change management program. This will see you managing the movement of people and processes across a highly matrixed environment – 11 in the immediate team, with ripple effects across 300+ people.

This is not about chasing traditional project deliverables – it’s about orchestrating a series of complex, interdependent activities in the right order, guiding people through change, and ensuring stability in delivery.

DUTIES

  • Lead large-scale change management, moving people and processes across a design/content environment.
  • Drive structure and clarity across a matrixed set of dependencies – making sure things happen in the right order.
  • Own program rhythm: schedule, risk/issue management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Sharpen and iterate processes for scale – building efficiencies and educating teams along the way.
  • Provide executive-level communication, strategy alignment, and program assurance.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Proven success delivering large-scale organisational change programs.
  • Autonomous, confident decision-maker, able to operate independently.
  • Skilled in process iteration and improvement – knows how to sharpen and scale.
  • Change leader who can bring people on the journey while driving delivery.
  • Proactive, self-educating, and outcomes-focused.
  • Experience working in Design / CX teams.
  • Background in content-heavy environments or finance.
  • Knowledge of content migration and content management.
  • Strategy / change management within AI-enabled contexts.
