About the Role A Project Finance Analyst is required to support the finance and project teams within the Electrification Services division. This role will be pivotal in driving revenue, optimising project cash flow, and improving financial visibility across assigned portfolios.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Controller to enhance financial processes, support month-end responsibilities, and ensure compliance with corporate governance and internal controls.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a hands-on finance role with exposure to project delivery, risk assessment, and strategic decision support.

What to Expect
  • Drive revenue and project cash flow performance across assigned projects
  • Oversee financial processes, ensuring accurate, transparent, and reliable data
  • Support day-to-day controlling activities, month-end closing, and financial reviews
  • Assist project teams by identifying risks, opportunities, and compliance requirements
  • Ensure alignment with internal governance, finance directives, and external regulatory obligations
  • Provide support during internal and external audits
  • Collaborate with project managers, controllers, and operational teams to optimise project delivery
Key Requirements
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Project Analyst or Financial Controller, ideally within switchgear or similar industrial/manufacturing environments
  • Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, project performance, and month-end processes
  • Experience with SAP; familiarity with Power BI and advanced Excel highly desirable
  • Bachelor of Commerce plus a full-time professional qualification (CA/CPA/CMA)
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to interpret complex project and financial data and translate it into actionable insights
  • High attention to detail, with a commitment to compliance and governance standards
  • Experience supporting audits and financial reporting processes
