Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and deliver IDAM projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Drive implementation of identity governance, access management, and privileged access solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and technical teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Provide clear reporting and communication to senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Identity & Access Management programs.
- Strong understanding of IDAM concepts, including RBAC, PAM, SSO, and directory services (AD, Entra, ISAM).
- Familiarity with identity governance tools (e.g., One Identity Manager or similar).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative, drives solutions, and owns outcomes.
